I remember the first time I made this recipe was for my Auntie Fran’s 97th birthday. I never walked in her door without something chocolatey. She said “This is the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had, it’s so moist and soft, good for my old teeth”. This ooey gooey cake is so fluffy, decadent, and rich making it melt in your mouth worthy. The glaze makes it taste even better adding a sweet chocolatey ganache to the outside.
